The Ultimate copa Summer Assist: Bring a Friend for Free!
As a parent and the founder of Copa Beach Soccer Camps, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on what children need most today.
While skill development and physical activity are vital, I believe that—now more than ever—children need connection, laughter, and friendship.
At Copa, our mission has always transcended the scoreboard. We aim to build confident, active kids who love sport because they feel safe, supported, and genuinely happy. To honor this, we are introducing a special initiative for the upcoming season:
This Spring and Summer, every registered camper is invited to bring one new friend to camp at no additional cost.*
This isn’t a promotion; it’s a gesture. We believe the world feels lighter when shared, and confidence grows faster when a friend is by your side. Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give our children is a true sense of belonging.
To preserve the quality and care that define the Copa culture, our sessions will remain intentionally small and personal. We look forward to welcoming your family to a joyful season on the sand.

Beach soccer is played in smaller five-a-side teams, which means more touches on the ball, more goal scoring opportunities and increased participation for each player - resulting in quicker overall skill development. summer camps beach soccer camps Santa Monica Venice West Los Angeles
"We've sent both of our boys to Copa Beach Soccer Camps in Santa Monica for the last few summers and they love it! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and kind & there is a great balance between free play, practicing skills & dips in the ocean on hot days. It's also super affordable in a beautiful setting - If your kids like soccer, they'll love Copa Beach Soccer Camps."

Beach soccer offers several unique advantages over traditional soccer played on grass. Playing on the beach adds extra challenges that requires different skills such as better ball control, volleying, agility, and quick decision-making.

The beach environment fosters a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, allowing players to grow their confidence while having the freedom to develop skills naturally without the pressure often associated with competitive soccer.

Additionally, beach soccer is played in smaller five-a-side teams, which means more touches on the ball, more goal scoring opportunities and increased participation for each player - resulting in quicker overall skill development.
